We want you to love your Shawn Mendes official merchandise, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed apparel within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition tour items and signed memorabilia are final sale unless damaged during transit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
